The Ninetendo Wii is a gaming system like no other. The Wii is all about having fun. It is for ages 3-100. It is great for playing with your friends and family. You can play up to 8 players with some games.
The key to the Wii's interactive functionality is the Wii Remote. The Wiimote is motion sensored and knows where you move it and how fast. With the include Wii Sports (Tennis, Baseball, Boxing, Golf and Bowling) the Wiimote is your tennis racket, baseball bat, golf club, etc. In other games it is your steering wheel or a weapon.
With the Virtual Console you can download classic NES, SNES, N64, Arcade, TurboGrafx 16, Sega Genesis, NEOGEO and Comodore 64 and Sega Master System games to your Wii. With various Wii Channels such as the Forecast Channel, you can get weather reports or view photo albums with the Photo Channel. With the Internet Channel you can browse the web from the comfort of your couch.
With the Wii Fit you can practice Strength Training, Aerobics, Yoga and Balance. Play fun Balance Games like Soccer Heading, Snowboard Slalom, Table Tilt and Penguin Slide. With Aerobics you can do things like Rhythm Boxing and Hula Hoop.
